GET INVOLVED - HOW TO HELP

  • Serve on a county committee - A county committee member serves as a liaison between the Democratic Party and your community as an advocate for positions and candidates you feel strongly about. Occasional meetings are held to vote on important issues. Want to learn more about being a committee person? Here is an information packet. Please view the Executive Committee page to see the current members.  Contact us to learn more about serving on county committee.

  • Run for elected office - Dedicated members of the community are invited to serve at all levels of local government. Our experienced team can assist you to get up to speed on all the relevant issues quickly - state, county, local, and school board and help you to manage an effective campaign. If you feel you would be a great candidate tell us why and we will be in touch.

  • Register to vote and Vote by Mail - In order to create change, you have to participate. Contact us if you need to register to vote or are not sure where or how you are registered. Voting by Mail is also an easy, convenient option to vote every year without leaving your house!

  • Volunteer - Volunteers to help with registering voters, signing them up to Vote by Mail, getting new Democrats excited about our party, or planning our annual convention are always gratefully appreciated. Give us a call or shoot us an email if you are interested in helping with any of these.

  • Make a donation or attend a fundraiser - Your donations of any amount are going towards a great cause to affect change. Make checks payable to the Cape May Regular Democratic Organization and send to PO Box 206 Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 or donate online.
